Maintain a deep understanding of EE Life Design Sdn. Bhd.'s products and services to accurately answer questions and offer guidance.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, using excellent verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for customers.

Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs and resolving issues effectively.

Provide comprehensive product information and support to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings and how to best utilize them.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints within the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and to identify opportunities for service improvement.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and follow-up.

Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices to provide the most accurate and helpful information to customers.
