Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.

Proficient in UBS Accounting Software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Familiar with the LHDN e-Invoice system or willing to undergo training.

Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Candidates who can join immediately will have an added advantage.

Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.

Monitor daily cash flow and maintain petty cash records.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other external parties.

Manage SST submissions and ensure timely compliance.

Prepare and submit e-Invoices in accordance with LHDN requirements.

Process monthly payroll and maintain confidential payroll records.

Prepare statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.

Assist with ad-hoc accounting and finance assignments as required.
