香港賽馬會一直致力推動本港各類體育項目的發展,貢獻本地社區。賽馬會滘西洲公眾高爾夫球場(滘西洲)是香港首個和唯一的公眾高爾夫球場,於1994至1995年由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金撥款興建。
賽馬會滘西洲公眾高爾夫球場以非牟利及自負盈虧的形式營運,旨在為香港市民提供方便優質、收費相宜的高爾夫球設施。由1995年至今,已有超過300萬名高爾夫球愛好者使用球場設施,而球場的培訓課程培育了數以千計的學員,更在香港多間學校舉辦高爾夫球推廣活動。
自啟用以來,球場一直以愛護環境的方式管理設施,並遵循國際認可的最佳管理實務。賽馬會滘西洲公眾高爾夫球場是中國首個獲「Audubon Co-operative Sanctuary for Wildlife」認證的高爾夫球場,也是亞太區首個獲高爾夫球場環境認證組織(Golf Environment Organization)認證的球場。
Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Supervise staff to deliver efficient, high-quality catering services across all outlets.
Cashiering & Operations: Monitor daily cashiering operations, layout setup, cleanliness, and inventory levels for beverages and dining utensils.
Service Standards: Ensure accurate order-taking, professional food/beverage recommendations, and strict adherence to hygiene guidelines.
Training & Quality: Conduct briefings and training sessions to address customer feedback, maintain food/service quality, and support sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven supervisory experience in food and beverage / catering operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and cashiering oversight skills.
Customer-focused with high standards for hygiene and operational efficiency.
Ability to work flexible operational shifts.
