About the Role

We are looking for a new breed of Administration professional to join us as the Administrative Assistant - Finance . This position will support the day-to-day administrative functions of the Finance Division, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination across the team. This is a unique role in a global brand development journey, offering you the opportunity to be an essential part of Carlyle & Co. in Hong Kong, and we'd love to have you on board!

What You Will Do:
Provide administrative support to the Cluster Director, Finance Business Partner and Finance Division, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.

Maintain systematic filing and record management systems for both physical and electronic documents, ensuring accurate and timely retrieval of information.

Prepare meeting materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence for Finance leadership and departmental meetings.

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and departmental administrative activities while supporting communication across teams.

Assist with invoice processing, purchase requisitions, payment follow-ups, and other finance-related documentation.

Support departmental projects, audits, and ad-hoc assignments while ensuring compliance with Club policies, standards, and procedures.

What You Need to Have:
Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be an advantage.

Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English. Previous hospitality or finance administration experience will be an advantage.
