We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Growth Manager to take ownership of our online business across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Website.

This is not a role for someone who only manages reports or delegates tasks. We are looking for someone who can identify problems quickly, take ownership, work closely with the team, and turn data into measurable improvements in sales, margin and profitability.

You do not need to be an expert in every area of marketing, but you should be commercially strong, comfortable leading a lean team, and able to oversee the key growth functions that directly affect online revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of overall performance across TikTok Shop, Shopee and Website
• Develop and execute sales, campaign and growth plans
• Monitor GMV, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, ROAS, margin and profitability
• Manage pricing, vouchers, promotions, product assortment and platform campaigns
• Analyse channel P&L and identify areas affecting profit
• Improve live commerce performance, including host productivity, GMV/hour and conversion
• Grow and optimise TikTok affiliate performance
• Oversee content direction based on commercial objectives and product priorities
• Coordinate growth activities across content, live, affiliates, marketplaces and advertising
• Review marketing and advertising performance and recommend where budget should be increased, reduced or reallocated
• Identify problems quickly and follow through until they are resolved
• Lead and manage team members across e-commerce, content, live and related functions
• Assist with recruitment and team-building where necessary
• Improve SOPs, reporting and workflow efficiency
• Work hands-on when required, especially during campaigns, launches or periods of rapid change

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of relevant e-commerce experience
• Strong practical experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee and/or Shopify
• Experience managing e-commerce performance, campaigns, pricing and promotions
• Good understanding of P&L, gross margin, platform fees, advertising cost and profitability
• Experience with TikTok Live, affiliate marketing or creator programmes is highly preferred
• Able to analyse data and identify the real reason behind performance issues
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on SME environment
• Comfortable personally following up on tasks rather than relying only on large support teams
• Experience leading or managing a small team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SiteGiant, BigSeller or similar systems is an advantage
• Experience with Meta Ads, performance marketing or broader marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience in consumer products, home improvement, home décor, furniture, electronics or FMCG is an advantage

First 90 Days

During the first 90 days, you will be expected to:

• Understand and diagnose the current e-commerce performance
• Identify the biggest sales, conversion, live, affiliate and team issues
• Stabilise the team and improve execution speed
• Improve live and affiliate performance
• Strengthen reporting and accountability
• Show measurable progress in online sales and profitability
• Build a clear growth plan for the next stage of the business

Compensation & Benefits

• RM6,000 – RM7500 basic salary, depending on experience, proven capability and level of ownership
• Basic Salary plus Quarterly Profit-sharing based on open Profit and Loss calculation
