Requirements
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and values, focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline for a 20-person organization.
Provide expert administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
Oversee HR operations, including onboarding new employees, managing HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive employee relations and address HR-related inquiries and concerns effectively.
Leverage proficiency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with a diverse workforce and external stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring a productive and supportive work environment.
Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a strong company culture.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit qualified candidates for various roles within the organization, leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
Oversee and manage HR administrative functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support the HR Manager in developing and executing HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and training and development programs.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and organizing company events.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters, providing timely and accurate information.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR and administrative dealings.
Contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment through proactive HR support and efficient administrative operations.
