Job Description

Responsibilities

Looking for a high-growth career, but unsure where to start?

Transitioning into a new industry or starting your first corporate role can feel overwhelming. If you are ambitious and want to build high-value, transferable skills, but feel you need a clear, structured roadmap and hands-on guidance to get there—this program is designed for you.

We are selecting motivated individuals to join our team as Financial Consultants. We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We prioritize attitude, coachability, and long-term commitment over prior background.

What We Offer: The Systematic Learning System

We don't drop you in the deep end. You will be onboarded into a structured, step-by-step development framework:

Structured Curriculum: Step-by-step training covering financial analysis, wealth management, risk planning, and client acquisition.

1-on-1 Dedicated Mentorship: Direct coaching from senior managers who guide you through real-world scenarios and client cases.

Certification Support: Guidance and sponsorship to help you clear mandatory industry CMFAS examinations smoothly.

Clear Progression Pathway: Transparent performance milestones leading to senior advisory or agency management tracks based on merit.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze & Assess: Learn to evaluate client financial profiles, life goals, and risk profiles.

Solution Design: Draft tailored, holistic financial blueprints (covering protection, wealth accumulation, retirement, and legacy planning).

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships through value-add consultations.

Continuous Upskilling: Active participation in weekly masterclasses, roleplay practice sessions, and market updates.

Who We Are Looking For

High Coachability: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to step outside your comfort zone.

Strong Commitment: Ready to dedicate the time and energy needed to build a long-term, high-income career.

Empathy & People Skills: A genuine desire to help individuals and families achieve financial security.

Minimum Qualifications:

Poly Polytechnic Diploma, Full GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate (IB), or a University Degree in any field.

Minimum age of 21 (as per local regulatory guidelines).

Why Join Us?

We offer the infrastructure, the proven playbooks, and a supportive community. You bring the drive, consistency, and curiosity.
