Role Overview

Own and execute go-to-market marketing across Weera's three business lines — building the pipeline discipline, brand presence, and campaign engine that a fast-scaling B2B services group needs, largely as a department of one until the function grows

Key Responsibilities

• Build and run demand-generation campaigns (digital, content, events, partnerships) that produce a real, trackable B2B pipeline — not brand activity alone.
• Own marketing's contribution to revenue: pipeline sourced, cost of acquisition, and conversion, reported on a regular cadence to the CEO.
• Develop Weera's go-to-market narrative and collateral across all three business units, in line with Weera's brand standards and mission/vision/values.
• Stand up and own the CRM/marketing-ops stack needed to track pipeline and attribution from day one. • Coordinate with the Growth Leads on each business unit to align marketing activity with active sales pursuits.
• As the function scales, build the business case for and hire a small marketing team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with direct or adjacent exposure to enterprise/agency sales cycles.
• A track record with real, quantifiable commercial results (pipeline value, conversion, ROI) — not only brand/PR outcomes.
• Comfortable operating as a department of one: hands-on with campaign execution, not only strategy.
