Responsibilities:

• Support the Manager in supervising a team of staff for handover of new developments
• Manage and coordinate pre-handover preparation works, takeover / handover of units and follow up on defect rectification works
• Prepare tender arrangements and liaison with external parties to carry out defect rectification works
• Monitor the contractor’s performance and ensure all defect rectification works are conducted in a timely manner
• Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions
• Prepare handover/ defect records and reports
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Property Management, Real Estate, Building Services Engineer, Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-4 years’ relevant experience in property management or handover services with at least 2 years in supervisory level
• Proven experience in handover of new residential properties preferred
• Presentable, Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills, polite, willing to learn and capable of working under pressure
• Holder of valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is an advantage
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Handover Officer
• Immediately available is preferred
