Marketing & Sales Assistant / Executive

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Work Locations: Jurong East, West Coast & Kaki Bukit

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales and Marketing team.
Follow up with customers, sales team members and relevant parties on outstanding matters.
Prepare reminders and follow up on appointments, quotations, documents, payments and sales-related tasks.
Assist with sales administration, including preparing and organising paperwork, forms, reports and other documents.
Maintain proper filing and records of sales and marketing documents.
Support daily marketing activities, including social media content, postings and basic campaign coordination.
Assist in preparing marketing materials, simple presentations and promotional content.
Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications or a related field.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners.
Good organisational, communication and follow-up skills.
Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
Good attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams.
Experience in sales administration, marketing, personal assistant or coordination roles will be an advantage.
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
