We are looking for an enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our sustainability-driven food and beverage team in Singapore. You will help deliver warm, efficient service in a lively, multicultural setting where merit and growth are valued. Full training is provided, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
Job Description
Greet and serve customers courteously, taking orders and handling payments accurately
Prepare and serve beverages and light food items according to company standards and food safety guidelines
Keep the cafe, counter, and equipment clean, organised, and well stocked
Support the team with opening and closing duties, and follow sustainable practices such as waste reduction and responsible recycling
Job Requirements
Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn, with prior F&B experience being an advantage but not essential
Flexibility to work a 5.5 / 6-day week, including weekends and public holidays
