About Company:

A Technology Service Provider to the microelectronics industry. The head office is located in Singapore for regional operations.

Job Description:

- Manage assigned customer accounts and develop strong customer relationships.

- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

- Identify new customers, projects and business opportunities.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.

- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquiries and opportunities.

- Provide technical and commercial support to customers.

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.

- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and business discussions.

- Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.

- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

- Support new product introduction and customer evaluation activities.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and principals.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business, Sales or related discipline.

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.

- Experience in semiconductor equipment, semiconductor process engineering or technical sales is an added advantage.

- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Strong customer service, sales and business development mindset.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Proactive, independent and willing to learn.

- Willing to travel for customer visits when required.

Compensation:

- Work location: Kaki Bukit, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm

- Variable bonus
