Job Summary

We are seeking experienced adult trainers to deliver WSQ and regulatory courses for public and corporate classes, ensuring compliance with MOM standards and supporting learner success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver theory and practical training sessions aligned with WSQ and MOM regulatory requirements
• Maintain training quality by applying safety and compliance standards during all sessions
• Accurately complete training documentation, including assessments and attendance records, to meet regulatory standards
• Support and conduct assessments and practical evaluations to verify learner competency
• Adapt training delivery to effectively support learners with diverse language needs
• Manage both theory and practical components of training sessions professionally and responsibly

Required competencies and certifications

• ACTA / ACLP certification
• WSH Level B certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics industry
• Completion of WSQ Operate Forklift course

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience conducting WSQ courses
• Prior experience delivering corporate or in-house training
