Overall Purpose

This role is responsible for ensuring that all P&C Multinational Inwards programs within the Global Services Department are managed in accordance with Chubb’s corporate guidelines and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide account management support for allocated global accounts within the Multinational Inwards portfolio.

• Ensure Chubb’s service standards are consistently met and that all work is carried out in line with Chubb’s ethical and service standards.

• Obtain renewal terms from referral underwriters and communicate agreed information to local clients and brokers as required.

• Work closely with the Chubb Business Solution (CBS) team to ensure all administrative activities related to servicing multinational accounts are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.

• Act as the focal point for Chubb producing offices on Singapore local insurance regulations and requirements.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with underwriters, clients, brokers, Chubb producing offices, and other external parties.

• Support additional tasks as assigned by the Global Services Manager.

• Assist with projects or improvement initiatives identified by the Global Services Manager or Regional Office throughout the year to enhance the Global Services team.

Requirements

• Relevant commercial insurance qualifications or experience in the general insurance industry.

• Knowledge or experience in multinational global program arrangements would be an advantage.

• Ability to monitor and report on service-level adherence, understand production service issues, and support resolution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
