Job Responsibilities
- Performs building maintenance as required, i.e. painting, plumbing repairs, etc.
- Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on facilities equipment, i.e. air compressor, process water system, fire suppression system, HVAC, electrical, etc.
- Will work from rough sketches and drawings.
- Performs installation and reconfiguration on cubicles and office fixtures.
- Communicates any concerns about work process regarding environmental impact, health or safety issues to their Manager.
- Responsible for identifying, sourcing and replenishment of all equipment spares.
- Take responsibility for preventative maintenance procedures with an assigned process or area.
- Responsible to monitor the BMS system, record any abnormalities and highlight to supervisor
- Candidate must possess at least a technical diploma/degree or an equivalent combination of education/work experience in facilities maintenance inclusive of Mechanical, Electrical and/or Life Support System (Fire, Gas Alarms)
- Required skill(s): Performs plant and/or office facilities maintenance duties, simple electrical projects, light construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
