The Company

A well-established company in the logistics industry is currently seeking a Part Time AP Assistant to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role is responsible for verifying, processing, and recording supplier invoices, performing two-way and three-way matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, and ensuring invoices are properly coded and approved. Prepare payment batches for electronic bank transfers, manage payment schedules, and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, follow up on outstanding or on-hold invoices with internal stakeholders, and reconcile supplier statements and AP accounts.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5 to 7 years of relevant AP experience. The candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting practices and strong attention to detail,
