About the Roles

Quantity Surveyor role within the Construction/Ground Engineering sector, based in Central Singapore with both office and site-based responsibilities. This is a permanent position offering a structured work week of 5 days / 5.5 days (44 hours weekly), along with a competitive package that includes Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus. The role is suited for candidates seeking exposure to large-scale infrastructure and underground works in a dynamic project environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support tender preparation through quantity take-offs, budget estimation, and procurement coordination
• Source, review, and evaluate pricing from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for project competitiveness
• Conduct detailed measurement works and cost control activities, including progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements
• Prepare and manage subcontract documentation while verifying payment claims and maintaining complete commercial records
• Assist in drafting payment submissions, contractual correspondence, and documentation for claims
• Monitor project expenditure, subcontract commitments, and overall cost performance tracking
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within MRT, deep foundation, underground works, geotechnical engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of quantity measurement, subcontract administration, progress payments, variation claims, and final account preparation
• Familiarity with tendering processes and procurement functions will be an advantage
• Prior exposure to LTA projects is preferred
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation skills
