Responsibilities
The Project & Account Executive is responsible for managing client accounts while coordinating project execution to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The role involves handling client communications, project coordination, quotations, and supporting overall account management activities.

Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and related documentation for tender submission.
Follow up on sales opportunities, project status, invoices and payments collection.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Project Coordination
Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and deliverables with internal teams and clients.
Monitor project progress to ensure smooth execution and completion.
Arrange meetings, site visits, and project discussions when required.
Liaise with designers, suppliers, contractors, and operations teams.
Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated.
Business Support
Support business development and identify potential opportunities within existing accounts.
Assist in tender submissions and project proposals.
Prepare reports and updates for management.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
1–3 years of experience in account servicing, project coordination, sales support, or related roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
