Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Shah Alam. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for e-commerce platforms, including product images, banners, social media content, and promotional materials aligned with brand guidelines. The role includes collaborating with marketing and operations teams to develop creative concepts, refine branding elements, and ensure consistent visual identity across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Day-to-day tasks involve designing graphics for campaigns, adapting layouts for different platforms, preparing files for upload, and optimizing visuals based on performance feedback and data insights. The Graphic Designer is expected to contribute ideas to improve customer engagement, support live-stream content needs, and maintain high-quality design standards under project timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid portfolio demonstrating digital and e-commerce-related work.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine visual identities for multiple brands.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including layout, font selection, and hierarchy for clear and engaging visual communication.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar) and basic knowledge of design for social media and marketplace platforms.
• Ability to interpret briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
