What You'll Do

• Convert purchase requisitions (PR) in SRM into purchase orders (PO) accurately.
• Liaise with suppliers via email to issue purchase orders and obtain order confirmations.
• Follow up on outstanding orders and backorders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor open purchase orders and regularly review order status reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve order-related issues and support smooth procurement operations.
• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Meticulous with data entry and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills, especially when liaising with suppliers.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
