About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor who is strong in sales, customer management and team leadership to support daily operations and lead our therapist team.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable treatments and packages
• Handle customer enquiries, objections and closing
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Manage customer appointments, reminders and rebooking
• Monitor Trial-to-Package conversion and customer retention
• Conduct daily briefings for therapists
• Brief therapists on customer needs and treatment priorities
• Monitor service quality and SOP compliance
• Coach therapists on communication, sales and customer handling
• Monitor team performance and sales KPIs

Requirements

• Good command of Mandarin is required, both spoken and written to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales / Supervisor / Team Leader experience is an advantage.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, fitness or related industries is preferred.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Able to lead, coach and motivate a team.
• Responsible, proactive and able to solve problems independently.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
