Project Manager – Corporate Systems

Location: Singapore

Experience: 5+ years

Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead IT projects and programs within the Corporate Systems domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT projects/programs and multiple sub-projects.
• Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, resources, timelines, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional, regional, offshore, and vendor teams.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including Directors and GMs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Prepare project and financial reports and ensure governance compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT experience with 4+ years as a Project Manager.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects/programs.
• Strong budget/financial, vendor, resource, and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing offshore/global teams.
• Strong project lifecycle and solution delivery knowledge.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
