Responsibilities
Working hour
- Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 3:00pm
- Overall AV technical support for the school
- Set up, test, operate, and dismantle AV equipment; assist presenters and event organisers
- Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, and equipment issues; escalate complex problems
- Support live streaming, video recording, photography, hybrid meetings, and virtual events
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for staff and students on AV tools
- Manage, maintain, and record AV equipment; ensure workplace safety compliance
- Any other AV-related duties assigned by HOD ICT and SH ICT
- Minimum Diploma in AV, media, IT, electronics, or related field
- Preferably 2 years' relevant working experience
- Experience in training on multimedia and ICT skills
- Experience in AV operations, event support, conference facilities, or broadcasting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Good knowledge of AV equipment, video recording, photography, and event technology
- Good communication and organisational skills with attention to detail
