Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.

• At least one year of experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, customer service or administrative coordination.

• Experience in mass hiring, frontline recruitment, logistics, workforce solutions or the gig economy is an advantage.

• Confident in communicating and coordinating with candidates, employees and external partners.

• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional languages or dialects are an advantage.

• Good follow-up, coordination, reporting and data-management skills.

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight hiring timelines.

• Comfortable appearing in recruitment content or livestreams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Workspace and recruitment tracking tools.

• Possess a valid Class D driving licence and own transport.

• Willing to travel within the Klang Valley when required (Mileage claim provided)

Mass Recruitment

• 1.1 Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume operational and corporate positions.
• 1.2 Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-in interviews, recruitment drives and partner channels.
• 1.3 Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, assessments and employment offers.
• 1.4 Maintain an active candidate pipeline to meet operational workforce requirements.
• 1.5 Contact candidates through telephone, WhatsApp and email to confirm their interest and availability.
• 1.6 Clearly explain job requirements, work locations, salary structures and the recruitment process.
• 1.7 Follow up closely with candidates to reduce interview and joining no-shows.

• 2.1 Coordinate recruitment collaborations with government agencies, educational institutions, training providers and community organisations.
• 2.2 Maintain regular communication with partners regarding vacancies, candidate referrals, recruitment activities and placement outcomes.
• 2.3 Organise joint career fairs, recruitment drives, briefing sessions and candidate-placement programmes.
• 2.4 Prepare vacancy information, recruitment materials, candidate lists and progress reports for partnership activities.
• 2.5 Track candidate leads, interviews, placements and conversion rates generated through each partner.
• 2.6 Identify new partnerships and sourcing opportunities to expand the company’s talent pool.

Onboarding and Employee Coordination

• 3.1 Coordinate the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the employee’s first day and initial employment period.
• 3.2 Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding schedules and new-joiner documentation.
• 3.3 Collect and verify identification documents, licences, bank details and other employment records.
• 3.4 Ensure employee information, salary packages, work locations and reporting details are accurately recorded.
• 3.5 Coordinate pre-employment requirements, medical examinations, background checks or licence verification where applicable.
• 3.6 Liaise with HR, Operations, Payroll, IT and relevant departments to ensure new employees are ready for deployment.
• 3.7 Conduct or coordinate employee orientation, document briefings and onboarding sessions.
• 3.8 Monitor new joiner attendance and follow up on absences, incomplete documentation or onboarding issues.
• 3.9 Support employee conversion, transfer and deployment activities.
• 3.10 Maintain onboarding trackers and provide regular updates on candidates offered, accepted, joined and successfully deployed.
• 3.11 Gather feedback from new employees and Operations to improve the onboarding experience and reduce early attrition.

Recruitment Events and Marketing

• 4.1 Plan and support recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, career fairs and hiring campaigns.
• 4.2 Coordinate candidate registration, briefing and crowd management during recruitment events.
• 4.3 Conduct or support recruitment livestreams and online engagement activities.
• 4.4 Work with the Marketing team to produce recruitment advertisements and social media content.
• 4.5 Explore creative sourcing strategies for operational and hard-to-fill positions.
• 4.6 Support employer-branding and recruitment campaigns.

HR Administration and Reporting

• 5.1 Maintain accurate candidate and employee information in recruitment trackers, HR systems and shared folders.
• 5.2 Monitor recruitment and onboarding progress against hiring targets and highlight potential gaps promptly.
• 5.3 Assist with CP22 submissions and other recruitment-related HR administration.
• 5.4 Respond professionally to candidate and employee enquiries.

Operational Coordination

• 6.1 Work closely with Operations and other departments to understand and fulfil workforce requirements.
• 6.2 Travel within the Klang Valley for hub visits, recruitment drives, onboarding sessions and partnership activities.
• 6.3 Support company events, meetings and training programmes when required.
