Customer Service Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Intern to join our team in Seremban. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, administration, and daily business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with accurate information about our products and services.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the Sales, Operations, Production, and other relevant departments.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and resolving basic customer issues.
• Maintain and update customer records, enquiries, and order information.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and proper service delivery.
• Perform general administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Customer Service, Communication, or a related field.
• Internship must be part of the candidate's academic programme.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and WhatsApp.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to work well in a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
• Willing to work in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
