• Greet patients warmly as they arrive and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's calendar.
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate information collection.
• Process payments and maintain financial records, including insurance claims and billing.
• Respond to inquiries about services, treatments, and clinic policies in person, via email, or by phone.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including data entry and updating files.
• Ensure the waiting area and front desk are organized and clean.
• Order and manage office supplies as needed.
• Assist with marketing tasks, such as managing social media updates or creating promotional materials.
• Assist chiropractors with basic tasks during patient consultations or treatments, as allowed by local regulations.
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Guide patients on how to fill out necessary forms and provide pre-treatment instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
