Job Responsibilities

1.Responsible for customer communication, in-depth analysis of business processes and logistics scenarios, completion of demand research, on-site investigation and technical communication.

2.Design integrated intelligent logistics solutions based on AMR/AGV/Automated Guided Forklift (AGF), including:

①CAD-based logistics route planning and layout design

②Station process, operation path and traffic strategy configuration

③Operation efficiency and feasibility evaluation

3.Prepare technical proposals, explanatory documents and solution drawings; participate in pre-sales support such as bidding and technical Q&A.

4.Conduct product demonstrations, technical training and POC project verification for customers.

5.During project implementation, assist R&D and implementation teams in path calibration, problem analysis and resolution.

6.Continuously optimize solution quality to improve customer experience and project effectiveness.
