Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Review and understand applicable ISO requirements, technical drawings, project scope, contractual obligations and subcontract agreements.
Coordinate with consultants and relevant stakeholders to clarify and resolve technical issues before construction commences.
Prepare short- and medium-term work programmes for review and approval by the reporting manager, and execute project activities in accordance with the approved schedule.
Ensure that construction works comply with approved drawings, established quality procedures and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
Maintain high standards of site housekeeping, cleanliness and workplace organisation.
Implement quality management procedures, maintain accurate quality records, analyse inspection results and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.
Maintain complete and accurate EHS, quality and project records in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and applicable regulatory obligations.
Monitor the handling, storage and use of materials for temporary and permanent works to minimise damage and wastage within specified tolerances.
Identify and address potential rework and abortive work to minimise their impact on project costs and schedules.
Perform other reasonable project-related duties assigned by the Project Manager to support project execution.
