Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages according to the recipes provided.
• Ensure all drinks are made properly and served with good quality and presentation.
• Receive customer orders and assist with questions about the menu.
• Provide friendly service and respond to customer feedback or complaints professionally.
• Clean and organise the work area, counter, and equipment regularly.
• Assist the team with daily store duties and ensure orders are handled smoothly.
• Support the creation and posting of social media content for the store during working hours, with at least one post on each working day.
• Perform other duties related to store operations as instructed by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Applicants with or without working experience may apply.
• Willing to learn and follow the training provided.
• Able to maintain cleanliness and keep the work area organised.
• Good communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers.
• Able to follow safety procedures when preparing beverages and using equipment.
• Willing to work according to the shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
