Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Teach and guide children and adults in art principles and techniques.
Conduct individual and group art classes in studio and outdoor settings.
Lead studio classes, school programmes, and art workshops/events.
Supervise and support other art teachers to ensure high teaching standards.
Manage marketing initiatives to promote the studio and programmes.
Handle customer relationship management and inquiries.
Drive sales and contribute to the growth and expansion of our art programmes.
Job Requirements
Proficient in both
English and Mandarin
(bilingual skills are a plus, especially for communication with Mandarin-speaking parents).
Willing and able to
work on weekends
(with off days on weekdays).
Minimum
Bachelor’s Degree
in Art, Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field (Master’s Degree is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about art education and community building.
