Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.

Experience handling full sets of accounts independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Good command of Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.

Mature, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills

Manage full sets of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and financial analysis.

Plan, monitor and manage company cash flow, including budgeting, forecasting and working capital management.

Oversee credit control, customer collections and outstanding payments to minimise financial risks.

Handle tax planning and compliance, including SST, e-Invoicing and corporate taxation.

Identify opportunities for treasury management, cash optimisation and potential investments.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities on financial matters.

Improve internal financial controls and accounting processes while supporting and guiding the existing team.

Provide financial advice and recommendations to management to support business decisions.
