• Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (UK work hours)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Experience & Support Specialist to provide customer service and technical support for our range of bathroom products, including showers, taps and bathroom accessories for the UK Market. You will assist internal departments and customers with product enquiries, installation guidance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support (80%)

• Respond to enquiries about delivery, returns, warranties, and product specs within 24hrs.

• Process new orders from customers

• Provide information on products to customers

• Close online sales based on enquiries and create payment links for customers to make payment.

• Handle WhatsApp catalog shares, order tracking, and complaints professionally.

• Escalate complex issues (faulty toilets, late deliveries) to management.

• Maintain knowledge base with policies, scripts, and common FAQs.
  

Technology Management & Operational Improvement (20%)

• Support the use and management of customer service systems, CRM tools, helpdesk platforms, and automation tools.

• Monitor system workflows and highlight any technical issues or process gaps.

• Work with operations, warehouse, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Track customer service performance and help improve response time, resolution time, and service quality.
