Job Description

• Deliver public cloud engineering activities that support reliable technology platforms.
• Develop and maintain DevSecOps engineering practices across technology delivery work.
• Build and improve cloud-based solutions to meet operational requirements.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines that incorporate security measures following DevSecOps principles.
• Embed security considerations into engineering activities and deployment processes.
• Work with Technology colleagues to resolve cloud platform issues and improve service reliability.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for public cloud and DevSecOps solutions.
• Review engineering outcomes and identify practical improvements to cloud delivery.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years proven experience with cloud services on AWS/Azure, including architecture design and implementation
• Strong proficiency in IaC tools: Terraform, Bicep, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for cloud environment
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, compliance standards, and risk management
• Documentation of architecture, standards, and patterns.
• Strong communication, collaboration and presentation abilities
