Job Description

Responsibilities

We are partnering an International Private Bank on a search for a Business Manager for the SEA markets. This role will be at an Associate Director – Director level, and will be based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the leadership and front office teams on business initiatives, sales related processes and activities, and strategic projects
  • Manage and monitor business pipelines for performance reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and enhance reporting tools, dashboards and management information
  • Support the smooth execution of day-to-day Front Office activities and processes
  • Support Front Office teams on matters including account opening and closure, system and reporting issues, process queries and other ad-hoc business requirements.
  • Ensure Front Office activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, procedures and controls, with a strong focus on mitigating financial, regulatory and reputational risk.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a Front Office Business Support, Business Management or similar role within the Private Banking industry.
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Front Office and control/support functions.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced Private Banking environment.
