TCM / Tuina Massage Therapist

We are looking for skilled and responsible TCM / Tuina Massage Therapists to join our team at SINOMY TCM HEALTHCARE CENTRE SDN. BHD., located at Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional Tuina massage and manual therapy services for clients with neck, shoulder, back, waist and leg discomfort.
• Apply suitable TCM wellness and rehabilitation techniques such as Tuina massage, moxibustion, sports rehabilitation and other manual therapy methods according to individual client needs.
• Candidates with experience in bone-setting/manual adjustment techniques will be given priority.
• Candidates who are properly qualified and registered to perform acupuncture or other regulated TCM treatments may provide such services within their professional scope.
• Provide one-to-one personalised service and maintain good long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up with clients after treatment and provide advice on home care, stretching, posture and daily wellness maintenance.
• Build client trust and retention through professional skills, good service and treatment results.
• Support membership/package renewals, repeat visits and client referrals naturally through good service and results.
• No aggressive or hard selling required.

Requirements

• Skilled in Tuina massage and manual therapy for neck, shoulder, lower-back and leg discomfort.
• Experience in sports rehabilitation or musculoskeletal manual therapy is an advantage.
• Experience in bone-setting/manual adjustment techniques is highly preferred.
• Relevant TCM, acupuncture, rehabilitation or sports rehabilitation qualifications are an advantage.
• Candidates performing regulated treatments must hold the applicable qualifications/registration required in Malaysia.
• Practical hands-on skills and treatment results are highly valued.
• Responsible, patient, service-oriented and able to communicate well with clients.
• Able to work on a long-term and stable basis.
• Experienced candidates are preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with shift-based scheduling.
• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Afternoon / Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Therapists may be assigned to morning, afternoon or evening shifts according to the monthly roster and clinic operational needs.
