Responsibilities

(1) Social Media Management

• Manage the day-to-day operations of iQIYI’s international social media accounts, including content planning, topic research, video production, publishing, and performance reviews.
• Independently handle video editing, post-production, and visual design to deliver high-quality and engaging content.
• Develop an overall social media content strategy that emphasizes creativity and localization, driving greater reach, engagement, and follower growth.

(2) Data Analysis and Content Optimization

• Collect, monitor, and analyze weekly performance data across short-form video and social media platforms, including reach, engagement rate, video completion rate, and follower growth.
• Use performance insights to optimize content strategies and improve audience engagement and account activity.

(3) AI-Powered Creative Production

• Explore and apply AI tools in content creation, including but not limited to AI-assisted scriptwriting, voiceovers, image and video generation, digital comics, short-form dramas, and creative visual packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
• Good understanding of the content ecosystems and audience behaviors across major social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Meta platforms, and X.
• Basic video editing skills and proficiency in at least one tool, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with or a strong interest in exploring AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Kling, Seedance, and CapCut AI.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Proactive, collaborative, and capable of executing projects effectively.
