Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) or a relevant quality-related role.

Experience in the electronics manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.

Familiar with quality management tools, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.

Experience dealing directly with customers on quality-related matters is an added advantage.

Handle customer quality complaints and feedback, ensuring timely responses and effective resolution of issues.

Coordinate with internal departments to investigate customer quality issues and conduct root cause analysis.

Apply quality problem-solving tools such as 5 Why AnalysisandFishbone Diagram.

Develop, implement, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Collect and analyze customer quality data, including complaint rates, return rates, PPM levels, and other quality indicators.

Identify quality trends and potential risks and prepare regular quality reports.

Establish and maintain accurate customer quality records, including special requirements, historical issues, and resolution outcomes.

Communicate customer-specific quality requirements and standards to relevant internal teams.

Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
