Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are required for this position.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Independent, responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR and administrative activities.
  • Handle the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR-related documentation.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave and other relevant records.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and other HR-related processes.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports and relevant documentation.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
  • Assist Management with other HR-related matters and tasks as required.
