任职资格
- Customer Service or E-Commerce experience is preferred.
- Experience handling TikTok, Shopee, or online customers is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Patient, responsible, and professional when handling customer complaints.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Interest in perfume / beauty products is an advantage.
- Experienced candidates will be given priority.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills or e-commerce exposure are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided.
岗位职责
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, TikTok, and Shopee.
- Provide product information and perfume recommendations.
- Manage customer orders, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and customer-related issues.
- Perform other customer service and e-commerce duties as assigned.
