ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Leasing & Tenancy Administration Executive to join the team supporting Sunway KL Malls in Malaysia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting leasing activities, maintaining tenant relationships, managing tenancy documentation, and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth leasing operations across the assigned shopping malls.

Position Details

• Work Location: Sunway 163 Mall, Sunway Putra Mall, Sunway Velocity Mall, and Sunway Wangsa Mall, Malaysia

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute leasing activities to maintain existing tenancies and secure new tenants in accordance with business plans.
• Maintain and expand databases of existing retailers and prospective tenants.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify potential leasing opportunities.
• Assist in negotiations for new tenancy agreements and lease renewals.
• Respond to leasing enquiries and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address their enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Prepare, organize, and update tenancy documentation, rental master lists, leasing reports, and related records.
• Monitor tenant activities and prepare reports as required.
• Prepare electronic memorandums (e-memos) for tenancy renewals and other tenancy-related matters.
• Assist in supervising and managing sales reports for retail lots, kiosks, and push carts across the malls.
• Ensure tenancy records and leasing documentation are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management, or an equivalent field.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with relevant working experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in handling documentation and reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, prospective retailers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willing to work and travel between Sunway 163 Mall, Sunway Putra Mall, Sunway Velocity Mall, and Sunway Wangsa Mall.
