Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations:
Execute daily production schedules, manage line operations (preparation, cooking, packaging), and meet output targets.
Food Safety & Quality Compliance:
Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs), and uphold hygiene and sanitation regulations.
Manpower Management:
Lead, supervise, and deploy shift operators, conduct pre-shift briefings, and track attendance and performance.
Equipment & Maintenance:
Monitor machinery operation, ensure workplace safety, and promptly report equipment breakdowns or maintenance needs.
Administration & Reporting:
Complete daily production logs, waste tracking, and inventory reports.
