Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, or Travel Industry is an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Able to work on 24/7 rotational shifts (allowance provided).
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Assist customers with travel bookings, cancellations, amendments, and general inquiries.
Resolve customer issues professionally and in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding travel products, services, and promotions.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure a positive customer experience.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
