Responsibilities
About the role
An established food manufacturing and supply company in Singapore is looking for a hands-on HR Executive to support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and employee administration.
Key responsibilities
Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administration
Handle MOM work pass matters, including applications, renewals and cancellations
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and other HR documentation
Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews and candidate scheduling
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist with monthly payroll-related administration and ensure accurate submission of information
Administer employee medical benefits and corporate insurance matters
Handle staff access cards, uniforms and other employee-related requisitions
Support employee relations, welfare and engagement activities
Coordinate employee training, course registration and applicable training grants
About you
Minimum 2 years of relevant HR operations experience
Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations and work pass processes
Hands-on experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle matters
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to handle confidential employee information appropriately
