Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices

• Hands-on experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.

• Experience dealing with JTK, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRD Corp, and Immigration will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

• Experience in F&B / retail / multi-outlet operations is an added advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions and support the Company's business operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration.

• Oversee monthly payroll, attendance, overtime, leave, statutory contributions, and other payroll-related matters.

• Lead recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, misconduct, absenteeism, and staff performance issues.

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements, including JTK, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRD Corp, and Immigration.

• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.

• Manage employee benefits, welfare, training, and HRD Corp-related matters.

• Monitor HR operations across HQ and outlets and ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented.

• Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, payroll summaries, and other HR-related reports for Management.

• Lead and supervise the HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

• Handle other HR-related projects and duties assigned by Management.
