Mayland Group Of Company Hiring! Full Time Interior Designer cum Project Coordinator in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, space planning, layouts and technical drawings that align with project objectives and branding.
• Prepare design presentations, material boards and specifications for management approval.
• Select and coordinate finishes, materials, FF&E and lighting to achieve design, quality and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and supervise interior fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards and project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve design and construction issues and provide on-site technical support when required.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and project progress to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Maintain project documentation and perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior design, preferably within the property development, real estate and hospitality industry.
• Experience managing interior fit-out projects from design development through site implementation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D visualisation software or related design tools is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, material specifications, construction detailing and interior fit-out processes.
• Good project coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Require to travel to project sites.
