We have a job opportunity for a Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) position with one of our prestigious banking clients in Singapore.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) with a strong background in banking and financial services to lead technical delivery across enterprise and compliance-related projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in technical delivery/project management, with recent hands-on delivery experience, and a strong understanding of banking compliance processes such as AML, KYC, and related regulatory requirements.

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in technical delivery.
• Mandatory: Banking / Financial Services experience.
• Strong knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory processes, particularly AML, KYC, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText and/ or FileNet.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business, technical, compliance, and vendor teams.
