Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Location: Banting, Selangor

Job Responsibilities

- Manage overall warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing and delivery.

- Ensure stock accuracy, proper storage and timely movement of goods.

- Plan and monitor inbound and outbound activities.

- Coordinate transport, courier and delivery arrangements.

- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily duties.

- Monitor manpower, productivity, attendance and work performance.

- Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping and compliance with SOPs.

- Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods and delivery issues.

- Monitor warehouse and logistics costs and recommend improvements.

- Prepare operational reports and monitor warehouse KPIs.

- Call for meetings to update senior management on the progress & to propose changes if required.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.

- 8 - 10 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.

- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

- Experience managing warehouse teams and transport/logistics providers.

- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Good computer and Excel skills.

- Experience in healthcare, medical devices or regulated products will be an added advantage.
