Responsibilities
Business Unit: Star Property Management Limited
Working Location: Long Ping
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
Alternative off Saturday from 9:00a.m. to 1:00p.m
Responsibilities:
Assisting Property Management Manager to carry out daily operations of a commercial building including, concierge service, monitoring of property maintenance, cleaning, security services etc.
Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with customers
Handling general enquiries and complaints, support building activities
Providing administrative support in the property management office
Liaison with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
Other general clerical or ad-hoc duties to be assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
Diploma or above in related discipline
2 year or above relevant customer services working experience
Proficient in PC skills and MS Office
Good command of spoken English and Cantonese is preferable
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and great attention to details
Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant.
