Key Responsibilities

• Conduct competency assessments for students according to JPK requirements.
• Assess students’ practical work, portfolios and competency evidence.
• Ensure all assessment records, forms and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
• Record and update students’ assessment results within the required timeline.
• Work closely with the Pegawai Pengesah Dalaman (PPD), programme coordinator and Registrar.
• Monitor students’ progress and identify outstanding assessments or evidence.
• Ensure students fulfil the requirements for certification and graduation.
• Prepare documents for internal verification, audit and JPK inspection.
• Maintain proper physical and digital student assessment records.
• Complete other academic and administrative duties related to the programme.

Requirements

• Possess a relevant SKM, DKM, DLKM or recognised qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Must fulfil the current JPK appointment requirements for a Pegawai Penilai.
• Possess relevant assessment, teaching or training qualifications required by JPK.
• Previous experience in early childhood education, skills training or student assessment is preferred.
• Familiar with JPK documentation, competency-based assessment and portfolio management.
• Able to manage assessment records accurately and meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Available to commence duties as soon as possibl

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
