Central work location
As a Operations Associate (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Coordinate the deployment, collection and replacement of event items and materials across assigned locations.
Plan and manage monthly schedules for the placement and collection of items and materials.
Organise daily routes and schedules to ensure efficient and timely field operations.
Liaise with external parties and location partners to coordinate placement and collection arrangements.
Follow up on site requirements, access arrangements and necessary approvals.
Conduct site visits to ensure items and materials are properly positioned, accessible and well maintained.
Maintain accurate records of deployment, collection and site activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders and address operational queries where required.
Support events, outreach activities and other on-site operational initiatives.
Work occasionally after office hours, weekends and Public Holidays, and undertake other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in healthcare or healthcare operations.
Class 3 Driving License
